Clarke CPS75 mini cutter spares

I have a clarke CPS75 mini sheet metal cutter, never cut anything other than 0,9-1,0mm sheet steel and the cutting wheel has chipped and will not cut!
Machine mart said I had to contact their spares place, and now I find out they no longer supply spare cutting wheels - I may aswell chick it in the bin!

Any ideas anyone?

bloody ridicilous that they dont provide spares for something they still sell.

how bad is the chip? is it too big to be dressed?
