Clarke 150EN welder Nozzle

Hello All,

Just wondered if anybody knows what welding Nozzle I need for the above which Im using gasless,I have had a look on machine mart site and they say 1.0mm is this right,I know its a silly question but I just want to make sure that they are right,

Do you mean the contact tip (copper tip the wire slides through) or the shroud (outer shell)?

If you are talking about the electrode tip, it should be the same size as your wire (moset likely 0.9mm fro gasless.)

To be honest I'm not sure ? I was told it the one which you keep having to change,I assumed it was just one piece I didn't realise it was it two pieces,When nI had a look at machine mart I didn't see any other listed only the 1.0mm,Perhaps you could point me in the right direction,

Should be able to get them almost anywhere.

Clarke's use Tweco compatible tips:

13-23 - 0.6mm
13-30 - 0.8mm
13-35 - 0.9mm

The Lincoln MIGs also use the same tips. I can get them at Nothern Tools, my gas supplier, Home Depot etc. I can't be much help on that side of the pond.

Weldequip will stock them. You might want to PM him, he can usually post them and you'll have them in a day or so. They are inexpensive, I usually by packs of 10 for $8.

You might want to get a shroud also, they don't need to get replaced often but eventually they get beat up.
