I'm in the process of rebuilding my Harrison M350 and need a couple of small gears made, as the parts are now obsolete. I may also require a shaft making with splines on one end.
Gear 1 is 40mm dia, 39T, 20 degree PA, 1.0 MOD. It has 3 steps to the outside dia and a 16mm bore.
Gear 2 is 28.5mm dia, 26T, 20 degree PA, 1.0 MOD, 16mm bore and a 3.2mm internal key way.
The shaft is 431mm long and made from ground bar 15.996 - 15.978mm dia. It has a few circlip and o-ring grooves, a small flat machined in one end and a spline in the other.
All are made from EN1A.
So, does anyone want to make these for me? I'll pay of course, be it money, beer or some sort of trade. Full dimensional drawings for each part are available also.
