calrke hobby welder with co2 pub size..what flow rate

got the above , just upgraded to a pub bottle with a proper regulator

i have no idea on what flow rate to set the gas flow at , will using it mainly on car body repairs if it matters

10LPM should work fine.

I usually use about 5/6LPM if welding indoors... any more doesn't seem to improve matters, just uses more gas!
