Hello. I own a warco 180 mini lathe and now I want a mill.
I have read good comments about the sieg SX2P sold by ARCEUROTRADE.
But In the future I want to upgrade it to CNC and I have read that is not the best mill to be transformed in CNC because it is difficult.
But in this forum there are very wise people so I'd love to know your opinion.
Is that mill a good choice? I want to expend around 900 £ (I know I'll have to expend more money in accessories) and a mill that don't weight less than 80 kg.
Can I change the spindle taper (is a r8) and in my country mk3 is more common.
And the last but not least. Is so hard to convert to CNC, I mean, I know it will take a lot of work, but is feasible for a beginner like me that have a minilathe, a drill press and the mill.
Thank you
Best regards
