    Hi,
I’m looking for brushes for the feed motor of my Autolynx 130 welding machine. Does anyone know where to get them? Or brushes from another brand that fit this feed motor?
    Regards, Hendrik

    Hi Hendrix
Prob easier to measure the brush's u have and then look on ebay...
In the UK we have RS components.co.uk that would prob have them.....
There must be some firm similar to them in Holland...a great place....
Remember if u find some just a little bigger they are easy to sand down to a smaller size with abrasive paper....
Or see what’s inside a junk drill driver etc etc...
    Good luck ...

I thought most wire feed motors were sealed units,no?

Have a look for a brush maker.

I needed brushes for an old Century motor. I found addresses
of several brush makers in an old phone directory[Dial Industries].
Engineering Carbon in Croydon was nearish.

I think that the BOC Autolynx used a rather special pancake motor, with a printed circuit armature.

    Hi,
Thank you for your reactions to my question. A great help to my problem. I’ve found a brush maker in Holland who can produce the brushes for me.
    Regards, Hendrik
