    Evening guys.
Another project refurbishing. This a very heavy made British made ultra drill. I aquired it today. It will make a great addition to the collection. Originally a high speed drill 2800 to 12000 rpm. It has been geared down. My plan is to add multi step pulleys so I get a range of basic speeds. Also I could make a riser block as it's plenty strong enough to take one. 20181123_125905.jpg 20181123_125934.jpg 20181123_125905.jpg 20181123_125934.jpg 20181123_125919.jpg 20181123_144145.jpg 20181123_144742.jpg

The original pulleys have been removed by previous owner. But original speeds are 2800/12000. I can add my own pulleys to get some variations in speeds. And the belt...well yes it does look like a pair of old skags

Would the belt casing turn round 180* to take the pulleys

You’d be able to flow drill with speeds that high
