Got a bit held up on a job today, so filled some time and used up a few offcuts making something for myself for a change.
Nothing very complicated, but may give an idea or two for someone to waste some mig wire on.
If the main flat scraping bar was to be stepped down in the centre, leaving a 1" up stand at each side these edges could be used to scrape the boot sides.
I used to have a piece of anti spray mudflap off of an artic trailer to scrape the sides of my boots. It has little bristles on the back and looks better than a scrubbing brush bolted on. It went walkabout though as someone liked the look of it.
