Boiler help again

The Cowboys sorry Worcester approved contractor who put the Inlaws boiler in had to come back to a leak and a poorly sealed flue. Local plumber has been in to fit a new Radiator in the bathroom and tells me the boiler safety valve is piped in copper then piped in to the plastic condensate pipe, he tells me this is wrong?
Can some one quote me the chapter and verse so i can have it out with said contractor?
I know in Industry the safety must be piped to a place a-f safety and be visible when discharging but I know little about domestic stuff

Prv can go into temp rated abs, most overflow these days is temp rated

Some boilers, Viessman are the most common, dont even have a copper prv, it goes into the condensate drain

Its in the building regs, not the gas regs

Safe and visible discharge if its copper, safe and temp rated if its plastic

Thats a bit rough, should have a tee and I use a non return valve, but technically it meets the regs, can tell by the elbows the brand of pipe

avent got one on my boiler unless its inside the casing. if pipe gets blocked an error code comes up on boiler and it wont run

Not on a boiler pressure relief, thats for G3 unvented cylinders where the discharge isn't usually visible

Well after a phone call to Worcester who supplied the correct installation manual page he has admitted its wrong should have some special hot tun dish.
Lets see what he does now, I have asked for an independent review of the installation
