Will have a read cheersThere is a chap over on the cobra forum singing praises about a home powder-coating kit - http://www.cobraclub.com/forum/showthread.php?t=62738&page=34 called EasyCoat I think.
Thought you might be interested.
I have used them before actually, very good honest business. If you need parts etc linwar motors in southport where always an excellent resource for random old parts
Do you have a YouTube channel? The type of work you’re doing would probably get a lot of followers.By some miracle, all the syncros on this unknown history junkyard special Getrag G260 are in pretty good condition - few bearings need replacing though. I will be cleaning all the parts, then vapour blasting the case and clearing it with Cerakote MC5100 which is tailored for vapour blasted alu. Then plating all the fasteners etc. Then once the new bearings arrive I've got to measure the width in comparison to the old ones and calculate the width needed for the new circlips and spacers so it all goes back together correctly. Quite a fun project so far.

I do not. But I have considered it. I think it might be good for my own projects but for work for customers would probably add too much time (setting up shots, lighting etc).Do you have a YouTube channel? The type of work you’re doing would probably get a lot of followers.
