Hey, I found this website and figured I'd check it out. I am a Mig Welder at the biggest Dump Body Bed Manufacturer in the United States. I have been mig welding for about six months and Ox Bodies Inc. think I am pretty good. Every single weld I do is overhead. I weld the floors to the frames. And last night I spent 4 hours in the hospital because as I was tacking a piece of flat bar to the side of the frame and the wire burnt through the metal and into my finger. I had a piece of welding wire a quarter inch deep in my finger. It hurt like hell. Well the doctor pulled it out and it left about an eighth of an inch hole in my finger. I can't feel it though. The tetinis shot they gave me in me arm hurts worse now. But I worked today with no problem. I am also 19 years old, I take college courses online for Drafting, and try to lift weights everyday.
