I got a trolley and an sureweld 130Arc thrown in so not to bad as abit of gamble really
Ive got the sureweld running with a new liner and a bit of tweaking. Its needing a mod to the wire spool holder to give it a bit of drag as the spool unwinds but thats soon sorted with a bit of glue some stud bar and a wingnut and washer. The earth clamp is getting red hot as the connections crap. So how would you re do it, just crimp it or heat it and solder it with a gas torch? Theres a slight gas leak on the torch but nowt some cleaning of threads and some ptfe wont cure.
The sealey is powering up but the torch is knackered. Can i short the torch out some how to test the mig? Im gonna get a new torch but dont want ot buy a new one if the machine is knackered.
Cheers
