I do have a Sykes one but unfortunately no 6mm Dies
I remember someone sticking their finger up an exhaust and rubbing it on to the eyepiece, think most apprentices got caught with that one?along with my old Dunlop tracking gauges.....u remember them....similar age....
BothGoing to root through my pile of bits later and see exactly what I need, sykes dies are not cheap
Have to identify exactly which Sykes one I have
Does any one know do I need The OP1 and OP 2 punch?

Normally down to a poorly cut pipe, lack of deburring and chamfer. A dab of oil also helps.I bought a Ebay one for £50 it was not good didn't line the dies central to the pipe so poor flares.
So what would you advise?
Thanks Bob I did use a proper tube cutter deburred and chamfered but found the tool was poor looked very well made but dies that hold the tube and the op1 bit are just not on the same centre line. I had several attempts but none are usableNormally down to a poorly cut pipe, lack of deburring and chamfer. A dab of oil also helps.

Thanks but sykes list 1/4 and 6mm as different parts, I think this one is for an older tool?
