a 3/4 of an inch long slight taper on either side of roller keeps belt on along with the adjustable tensioner platesDid you find the rollers had to be barrel shape for the belt to track straight or was it OK with parallel ones?
To be perfectly honest with you I can't remember the name of them, they were very expensive in around £150 but a retread was 75ish.where in the uK did you get the wheels thanks for the great reply
I dont know if I have quite enough tension, may need a stronger unit.Nice looking build, I like the gas struts as tensioners.
