I have an electric roller shutter on my garage. I have a push button inside on the unit, and one big clunky remote that tends to stay in the kitchen.
Push for up, push for down, all one button.
What I'd like is to put an additional control in to mimic the push button to open. A simple phone app control would be ideal.
1, I generally have it in my pocket.
2, I'd also like to integrate a sensor that can tell me if it's open or closed without having to look at the door.
With all the electronic wizardry that's about nowadays, this is pretty easy stuff I imagine.
Any recommendations on kit/apps for this?
