I need to replace a couple polymer bushings in a spool lever, but I refuse to pay the extortionate price for the two genuine bushings.
So, I've ordered up some Igus G polymer bushings that will need cut to length and opened out to suit.
The replacements will be 18mm ID, but need opened up to 20mm.
Will they ream out reasonably well?
Or would I be better boring/milling them out once in situ?
