Au contraire: https://www.mig-welding.co.uk/forum/threads/rotten-vw-t4.56717/ Upside down, inside out, rusty, filthy or dirty, my welds always look the same. ...dreadful.
If you have the stamina have a look at my thread on my 75 rebuild. Lots of crappy welding there and I tried to show warts and all not just the welds that went to plan. (There are one or two I think) I also hate seeing a repair only after it's been ground down to a half presentable fashion. https://www.mig-welding.co.uk/forum/threads/25-year-old-alfa-75-back-from-the-brink-hopefully.81348/ @jpmillermatic also shows his welds in their raw state and he uses gas-less flux core so is up against from the start. @pippyjeto Have you any jems to share with us?
The worst car Iv welded to was recently but other than that it was a Renault 5 turbo 2, mid engine 1.4t rally car
Last thing on my mind after i've crammed my way in between some back axle, shocks, at arms length like some contortionist underneath some rot box is to take a bloody photo,so its a no from me
