My welder started to do funny things, so sent it off to R-Tech for repair. The problem wouldn't present itself at their workshop, but they still done all testing and checks anyway. With no point in chasing something that was no longer apparent, I agreed to have it back as it now works.
Arrange pick-up = no charge
Time chasing an invisible fault = no charge
Return delivery of my welder = no charge
This evening I splashed out on a brand new R-tech tig160 with a foot pedal for the new guy working for me this month
