My synergic Castolin / Fronius 270 A MIG welder does only allow to set the wirefeed/Amperes/mm Material in one step,
when using pulse function. The voltage is set also auotmatically according to the internal welding parameter library.
The voltage (length of arc) maybe corrected by +-30% differentially.
I have to weld small as possible beads outside the fuselage.
Now the Amperes should be high enough, but wirefeed should be lower...
So i was told to use a helium mixture to gain the heat/penetration, but not increasing the firefeed, even decrease against welding with pure Argon.
I wonder if somebody has experience in comparision to weld Aluminium 5083 also wire 5083, with pure Argon and Helium mixtures.
