I already had the scresfix Hitachi at 25 quid but fancied a couple of Cheapos for a flap wheel and wire brush on permenantly.I must admit I haven't tried it yet, but for that price, I'll take a punt. Plus cutting discs for £4, that'll do for me.
Thats what I was going for, save so much changing when faffing in the shedI already had the scresfix Hitachi at 25 quid but fancied a couple of Cheapos for a flap wheel and wire brush on permenantly.
Having two grinders on the go, one for cutting, one for grinding, is a revelation. You don't realise what a faff swapping discs is, and how much time you save, until you stop doing it....
il save my 8quid i allready have about 12 good quality angle grindersI'm not looking to pick a fight here but I must admit to feeling bemused at the number of negative comments on this thread.
It's an £8 angle grinder - if mine blows up or isn't up to the job then I'll chalk it down to experience and not buy an £8 angle grinder in the future. I definitely subscribe to the buy-cheap-buy-thrice argument, and I've been there, but we're not talking about splurging £200 on an ebay TIG that isn't ever going to do it.
It's eight pounds
