Thanks for the hell guys I will be plumbing my gas bottle in next week one night and I will post my results about it. I didn't take the valve out the top I've used an adaptor to turn the left hand thread in the bottle to a 1/4bsp right hand thread which is good

but the regulator i have when i open the valve has the bottle pressure and the flow rate the thing is the cylinder pressure is not very high at all but the bottle is full its reading about 500psi i am used to...
