Johnson baby lotion, honest:laughing:
It works, softens the leather, makes it smell nice....make sure you wipe it off before any surplus dries
Not the baby oil
I fancy a parts washer, what do you guys use as the solvent?
I've always degreased with paraffin but I'm not sure I want 5 gallons of it sat around in my shed
Alain de Cadenet presents it I think.
Saw him race a endurance car with a woman, Desire something..... only woman to drive a GP car
God I'm old:laughing:
I don't know how much gas I should be using:ashamed:
I'm welding 1mm patches onto my mini using .8 wire at 30 amps fairly low wire speed argon/CO2
I think know when I'm not using enough 'cos the welds are slightly 'sooty' but I could be using far too much
Gauge reads LPM/CFH
Could...
IMHO silicone drops don't work, you are just covering problems.
What are you wiping off the panel wipe with? I always used paper towels and lots of them
Petrol nowadays has more and more ethanol content:(
If you can do it safely I would always use 2k on a bike tank and can't see any problem shooting it over eight year old acrylic;)
I like the speed blocks in the pix but isn't the line wrong........shouldn't they run down along the bottom...
My welder has 'burn back' and 'slope up' adjustment.
The slope up I think I understand and I think it needs adjusting 'cos there is too much wire sticking out at the end of each weld (10-12mm) in my opinion.
Haven't a clue what burn back does:(
