First did you alter the valve gaps ? if so re check if theses ok then strip front end down again and start afresh checking all timing markings ive done loads of them and still get one wrong accasinolly, when ive put new belt on i go away and have a cupper then come back and re check and if ok...
Just get a wide flat blade screwdriver and grind the middle portion out to fit the screw,, Some shops even sell them ,not expencive anti tamper screws

Might sound a bit silly question, But putting a strip of yellow plastic over it with gas on it then plastering over it ,, hows that going to stop you/people drilling through it in time????
If stearing moddifications will be a MOT failier this year HOW will 99% of rallycars/ compatition cars pass there mots ? as most of them have modded stearing components,,

Why not RE-sharpen them ive done it workes ok ,,Use angle grinder in vice with new disc use grinding disc the1/4" thick ones then jently run the cutter up down the grinding disc till you grind the worn area off the drill,,
