I had a Pan - lovely bike - the only time it let me down it was the electrics. The garage thought it was the alternator but it turned out to be the battery!!
The wisdom of the ignorant!
most other sand is too course and won't compact as tightly silver sand.
I know nothing about this, however, surely the sand needs to be able to move in order to accommodate bending. If the sand is a solid mass (compacted) it won't move and the pipe won't bend.
What do you charge for a load - that's with delivery to Plymouth (UK that is):laughing::laughing:
I would hope that its been under cover for a year and I would like mainly Ash - or do I have to wait for that!
Now I'm really impressed.
A bag of logs and occasionally a bag if kindling will do be for an evening. Anyway, these have been transported from the drying, covered area, to the 'to be used log store'. Transport is usually the Mower/tractor (small sit-on) between the two. 10 steps to the door...
Tippng point
Does it need a support at the short end to prevent the log dropping out when it reaches its tipping point?
Is the diameter of the logs/branches critical?
You could park the trolly underneath to catch the logs:clapping
By the way I have found that the best way to move/store...

My shed/workshop (10ft x 20ft) is on a slope which drops approx 2ft in 15ft.
At appox 1 metre centres it is supported on 6"x6" (I think) posts (some only 2" high) which in turn are place on 12"x12" concrete pads, especially designed to take the...
No sure but I think you could put a garage on that!
Don't forget the DPC.
is it to be a concrete floor (sealer), concrete is colder than timber.
What would the brick walls be for?
Be careful with planning regs if you have iffy neighbours
Look what I found at the Scrappy!
Thought this might be useful, bought the one in front for £4 - 6' of 6"ducting.
I'll work out how much of the non flex ducting I need and go and get it after the weekend (rain).
I cut a 47Kg to make 2 basic bbqs 20 years ago. Mine has been used at least weekly through the summers and spends the winter full of water.
With a lid and rustproofing you've probably created a family heirloom.:clapping:
Perhaps it would be good to add its DoB on the lid!
Forgive my sins if this is not the correct area - .
Has anyone tried cutting and using c/heating radiators (the modern ones)?
Any idea of the steel guage?
What probs?
Could be good for crumple zones!!
Besides a French vehicle, has anyone used the steel to build anything?
