Teak garden furniture that looks grey/moldy can be cleaned back to new looking using a good pressure washer. Cuts out all the dust you'll get using a linisher.
I've ran my Portamig 180 on full power(short periods), on a 13Amp plug and not blown a fuse yet! I have now fitted a 20Amp circuit, as it was needed for compressor.

Make sure you have good quality chemical resistant gloves (not nitrile or latex surgical gloves) and a good quality face mask to protect against the funes. Nasty stuff!

There are 2 known issues with Transit Customs.
1 A batch of engines with a known injector issue which leads to oil dilution. I believe there is a recall out for this, but it has effected so many engines that there is a back log due to a shortage of replacement injectors.

The shell was fully stripped back in January, then wiped over with a rag and Gibbs. Odd small patch of slight surface rust, but generally still very clean.

At Last! Finally got the cage fully welded in by my good friend Cameron.
Navigator's footrest support bar and bolt in multi-point fittings added as extras to the original cage.
All looking good, and now up to me to crack on with the rest of it!
Had a slow period during the summer, as I had lots of outdoor things to do, but finally got back onto the car and done a bit.
Finally got the roll cage trimmed and tacked into place and will hopefully get it fully welded in over the next few weeks, work permitting!
Can't go far wrong with 1.0mm Evolution Cutting Discs 115mm, as supplied by Weldequip.
Cut well and very durable. I've also tried Dewalt disc, and although good, not as good as the Evolutions.
Done with chemical paint stripper and a lot of elbow grease! It's certainly not something I'd want to take up as a hobby.
Started off with old formula Nitromors, then when I ran out of that, tried some B&Q stripper which just took too long to react and then didn't make much impression on some...
