Quote: Hello, I want to know if someone can help me with this.... I Have a welding store and this Invertec V205 AC/DC has been in exhibition for a long time, now I decided to turn on this machine to make some welding test for a customer, but hapened when I turned on the PC Board started to burn...
You can use this switch. https://www.conrad.nl/nl/p/tru-components-tc-ds4x3p-tc-ds4x3p-draaischakelaar-0-35-a-schakelposities-3-3-x-30-1-stuk-s-1589497.html
This one is 3 positions but you can block from 3 to 2 positions by a ring on the switch.
I hat this year a Fronius 1700 for repair with a similar problem. The smps power supply for the electronic parts were broken. This power supply is located at the bottom left of the vertical pcb. In my case a few transistors were broken and 4 MELF resistors in parrallel 1,2 Ohm. The transistors...
I was a little bit confused about the board number you named. You hat the number W05X0249 and I saw only the number of the input board W050250. You picture is from the powerboard and not of the input board. If you are sure the problem is the inputboard I will take a look at your board.
If you switch off the HF, activated the torchswitch. Mesure the open voltage on DC. If this voltage is to low the HF will not start. The right open voltage is notice on the ratingplate.
I think you are wright. This padel is not for thus machine. The connection L and M tells the machine there is a remote control. The switch must be a normally open model. The second pot. is not necessary for good function.
Great that you can weld with only the DC block. So there is nothing wrong.
Could it be something wrong with the IGBT's into the AC block. Have you the possibility to test these IGBT's
Please disconnect the DC block from the AC block and measure the output of the DC block. It must be possible to weld on these two cable comming out of the DC block.
I have an old picture with adviche to change some parts.
