Well here are a few pictures of the truck. They were taken at night so not to great a quality. If you notice the pictures of the hood has some scratches on it well that's where a horse but it..... I know!

I thought the lenses where UV protective as is, that is to say that the darkening effect was for seeing the puddle better and comfort more than anything?

The welds look like they will hold for what there use is, looks like you just need to slow down a bit on the travel speed, or turn the heat up a little. Good job all in all.
Air hammer/chisel with metal cutting bit, looks like a chisel with a tongue sticking out the middle and down. Works good for cutting body panels/quarters etc. etc.
Rubber mallet also and some scrap wood pieces 2x4. Plus above mentioned items.
You can not set the tank pressure higher than the relief valve is rated on the tank. In fact set the tank pressure 15 to 20 pounds less the the relief valve is rated for.
