hi im after some basic shapes cout of of some 10mm mild steel , any one know of a good (read : cheapo) place to get this done?
need some basic tabs with a hole in middle and at least 4 of circle with 3 holes around outside and big hole in middle bit like a 3 bolt exhaust flange??

i always was lead to believe that only legal brakes where the overun ones but when you read the rules it seems to say you have to have a mechanical link for the handbrake system , dont know if the us trailers have them or not?? so guess you are allowed electric brakes but still need a mech...
the one pictured on first post is a torx , ribe and are similar but squared off instead of pointy at ends and spline and loads of points/lines
snoopers post is a triple square on the smaller bit and a spline on bigger bit for taking off alternaotr nuts

yes they are coming im trying to get wider wheels for it cheaply so been leaving mudgaurd for now and so will do cross pieces when got wheels....
i am going to gusset it as well again not sure how long to make gussets i have some long and short cut and still thinking want to get seat thought...

hi searched everywhere for cheap easy pipe bender so i came up with this ,
i brought a 16ton pipe bender up to 3" ID pipe thick wall,
BUT i have just used it to bend a 90 and six 30 degree bends in 2mm wall OD 25mm cfs tube.
i brought off ebay 25mm OD hilmor steel conduit bender ...
