Similar pump with different bits but the pump head end is the same and solenoid should be in the same place;

Thats a Bosch pump. It just has a stop solenoid. You could unscrew it and pull the plunger out. Reinsert without it and it'll fire up.
There should be a stop lever on the front of that pump to cut fuel when you want to stop it.
Just noticed the fuel pipes haven't been sealed up so you might...
An update on this.
I opened the motor and I have found that the rotor has been rubbing on one part of the stator. I assume this isn't a good thing. Is this likely to be why it isn't working?
Both bearings seem fine so I am not sure why it would have moved causing the interference.
Tested the old cap and I think it's good. Getting similar results from the new cap. Goes from 0 to forever on both.
Might try a new switch see if that does anything.
Here are the old and new caps;
In my haste to order I've ended up with the correct voltage etc but with four spade terminals rather than two.
Does this matter?
I've tried all combinations of them on the mixer and it isn't making a difference.
Is it not just for a bit of spare ooomph at start up? This cut out halfway through
It works normally for a while then cuts out, stops and buzzes/ hums until I hit the off switch.
I generally leave it and maybe the next time I go to use it it'll work for a while. That could be months down the...
I have my father in law's belle minimix down to do a bit of work.
It is a belle 150 minimix 240v.
Runs for a bit, regardless of load then will cut out and hum/ buzz loudly. A reset then fails to start it again. Just buzzes.
Ive checked the pulleys and gearbox and they are all moving freely...
Wireless reverse cameras are available. I have never used any so I can't comment on how well they work but they are available.
I Would imagine the distance between receiver and camera may be an issue on 40 footers but again surely it's something that can be resolved.
I use one of the wood grenades for some of the bigger knottier stuff.
I like the work out.
If I was doing hundreds though id be looking at a log splitter.
The problem with the ebay blaggers is that people buy from them.
If people stopped buying them they wouldnt have a market. I refuse to buy any Parkside/ Lidl tools still boxed/ as new from anywhere other than Lidl cos you are guaranteed to be paying more than Lidl RRP.
No demand = No supply.
