Depends on weight distribution and chassis flex - front is often heavier than the back, and lifting one wheel often lifts the other side if it's stiff. When I lift my yeti, I end up with two wheel off the ground.
So, answer would by no.
I didn't really get involved in the difference btw slim and a not-slim; the kit I bought off eBay didn't have option, other than 5 or 1 micron resolution.
Can only confirm the slim fits, can't say otherwise, sorry.
If there's no joy with rally design, and it's that part that's failed, the rectifiers can be replaced...

Id try warranty first.
The voltages on that photographed part should be ac 230v on pins cp1 and 2, and full wave rectified on cp3 and 4. If the remainder of the board is attached, the caps will smooth the bolts to DC 315v, if not then you'll have a lumpy 100hz signal which you're multimeter may...
Your approach is correct. Depending on material thickness, you could lay short beads rather than spots, but still overlap and leave no gaps. The final result should be continuous.
It looks like you've welded both sides, like the spots have sagged while molten. Too hot and too much metal; have a...
Given it's in the mig section, I presume it's mig - are you intentionally doing spots separated by a gap, or is the wire speed incredibly slow and you're travelling constantly?
Let us know what you're trying to achieve. Welded on both sides?
It's the ECU from an EBR bike, to be reprogrammed to enable quickshift via side stand input. My software for buell xb doesn't work on the ebr.
The cost of remap includes return shipping, I just need to get it there.
The import tax thing is what concerned me. I'm not buying something I don't...
I need to post an ECU to a company in the US, for reprogramming. It'll be returned. Just spent 20 minutes searching for the best method to ship, with customs and export guff. Failed, mainly due to lack of patience. Can anyone recommend a company to carry a box from England to Indiana?
I had one particular board give sporadic connection problems. Want recognised when plugged, but repeat 25 times and it worked. Annoying. Other boards been fine.
