what you need is one of these http://www.toolbuddy.co.uk/franklin-tools-lock-nut-removal-tools-set---aft26-2189-p.asp gets any locking wheel nut off.
or just loosen the other nuts off slightly and go for a short drive and it'll loosen itself off :whistle:
i got a little battery powered engraver from betterware or the other one (can't remember now) for about 3 quid. got it to mark all my kit with my initials to stop it going walkies in the workshop. works really well, and doesn't go thru the chrome if you're gentle with it

the last house i lived in we modified and extended what was originally dog kennels into a 20x25 foot workshop. we were just about finished cleaning up inside after when we decided it just wasn't big enough!
they look like wheels from a leyland sherpa, but don't quote me on it. if they are, google should be able to provide you with the required dimensions quite easily.
