Want a proper saw not a old hacksaw, portaband or one where the vice does the angle like the sealeys and axministers. My current one will cut 160mm with a swivel head but I want a larger one with coolant. My uncle has a 500mm ajax semi automatic saw that is an absolute monster want one that cuts...
Need to buy a larger bandsaw currently got 160 abs femi saw but I need a saw that will cut rsj’s. This saw cuts box and tube well but doesn’t like thick steel. Was looking at the femi 250 but I dunno if this will be bigger enough. Anyone know of what bandsaw to buy between 2-5k ish only have...
Think it’s the regulator now not sure going to borrow someone else’s reg now as used old hose which has a few burn holes in but still useable and that doesn’t seem to work either.
I bought a new acetylene hose 10 meters but it won’t let gas go through it. there’s gas there when I take the hose off from flashback to hose connection but not when I take the hose off between the hose and torch. It’s a Parweld hose. There’s gas in the bottle and there’s no kinks in the hose
I have a tig maker and I tripped over the foot pedal cable today and now it will only go from 40 amp straight up to full power which is 200 amp no inbetween. I pulled the pedal plug out which is a 4 pin plug and it is a standard Oxford one that comes with them and two of the cable were out from...

Hello
ye that makes a lot of sense I think it’s the actual voltage knobs that are causing the problems but it’s been so wet and the machine is so heavy I haven’t been able to take it home to have a look.
Very true but the wire feed controls all work fine the voltages just don’t have the power they use to. If I lost a capacitor would the machine still work if there was three/four more in the machine but with reduced power?
I took my Oxford Mig 5 miles up the road on a trailer about half way there it started to rain heavy and it got soaked. I dried it up when I got there with a towel and it wouldn’t weld on it’s Normal settings had to turn it right up to number 4 which usually is 300 ish amps but was only welding...
