I've just done 4 Poultry sheds in 2" galvanised lpg pipe and I have no qualifications but because its agricultural its exempt from gas safe regulations.

I know of a 12ton twin axle tipper trailer that had a wheel bearing go which destroyed the axle stub. For the last 10 years it's been a 12ton single axle trailer.
I control the foxes on a local free range poultry farm and I occasionally use snares , but I check them every morning and despatch anything caught. With night vision and thermal there's little need for snares.

As the glow plugs are absolute sods to get at I thought I would put a new set in whilst the engine is out. They all came out without a problem and as its done 137,000 I did a compression test while I had them out. All cylinders over 400 psi. 420 max 405 minimum. These old mercedes lumps are good.
I changed a driveshaft on a FWD mk6 transit and the only gear oil I had was EP80/90 so I filled it and took it for a road test. It would barely change gear, dropped that out got the correct 75 grade synthetic and it was back to normal. Amazing the difference the correct oil made.
Luckily I already had a 2 inch submersible pump, just had to buy 100 meters of pvc hose. A mate who does bore hole drilling tells me that ground water levels run behind rainfall by a couple of months so it should start dropping soon.
