Do you have a few pallets? make a bridge inside the van over the table and two meter behind the van.
Then put a fence post between the two, from where you can suspend the table.
Edit: it really depends on what you do have available, think more info will give better solutions.
Bosch here 12 years, used heavily, and when I replaced brushes two years ago I skimmed the collector, hoping to extend the life a bit more.
Had to fix the doorhinge and handle, nasty plastic.
There is a dimension missing; the width of the initial slot that limits shaft diameter for the second cutter.
Does the floor have to be flat?
Is this a one off or a series?
Maybe convert to a weld or brazed assembly?
A new plastic chimney on the roof for a new Nefit combi for heating and tapwater.
Took more time for the safety things (securing the ladder and a line over the roof, and putting on a safety harnas) than the actual job.
Next up is the rest of the installation.
We had new coffeemachines (50 or 100) at work that started leaking milkpowder after a few days, so the companies mechanic came and started fixing them by replacing a unit.
Meanwhile the supplied us with sachets milkpowder.
Collegue of mine poored a little bit of this powder on the repaired...
Garage #2 now got a reply from their specialist for glowplug and injector extraction, who say he has seen this before a few times on different brands cars (Ford VAG and others) not Iveco/Fiat.
Apparently it can be a cracked head, caused by an extraction gone wrong.
Mine never had the injectors...
Thank you for your post.
At 39:02 you can see the gap the diesel would have to travel to end up in the coolant. Maybe if the waterpumphousing has a crack, will look into this tommorow.
2nd time HPLC analysis again confirmed it was diesel.
And now it filled up again (3th time) after a half an hour 120km/h trip.
Going back to garage #2 tommrow, will keep reporting back here.
Garage #2 thinks it smells like turpentine, and I could agree with them. They also couldn't find any cause for it. Like #1 they asked around in their network and state it is impossible for the head to crack and cause this.
This time I had water and a little bit antifreeze in the coolant system...
Will check this again, thanks.
Seems that over the years and region (climate) models different heatexchangers have been used, tankheaters, (pre)fuelfilterheaters, dieselheaters for cabineair and coolantpreheaters.
We couldn't find any of these systems on this van yet, which doesn't mean it is...
