The plug is new and the correct type. When winding over with a multimeter attached between the HT lead and crankcase i get a max of 40volts when winding it over.
No taylormade there is nothing.
There isnt a distributor just coil points and condenser. Its only a single cylinder. As far as i can tell checking with a multimeter everything appears to check out. I get voltage at the plug but no spark so im thinking not enough amps?

Thanks. I think Ill go MIG. i have mig welded in the past when i was a HGV mechanic. And lokoing at what ill want it to do mig will fit the bill better! So as for mig welders what would you recommend?
