Extremely sorry for annoying people, but switched welder on earlier for the sake. After a second or 2 booted up as normal. But extremely strange that when I attached ground cable into welder it started acting as it was yesterday and kind of reboot then. Then every time I would touch the clamp...
Had multimeter in wall socket to make sure can’t remember exactly but was around 230v. Didn’t check it with welder in though? How would I do that? As eddie49 said though. This is more than likely an intermittent problem
Thanks for that response. It’s a little bit encouraging to get advice from someone who knows what they’re talking about. It’s still in warranty, I’d imagine I am going to have to send it back. I’ve pulled a panel off to look inside but really didn’t want to poke and prod incase of voiding the...
Done that last time, was just kind of brushed off as in “it’s still welding” and to be completely honest I’d like that sending it back again to be a completely last resort as I know they’re gunna tell me it’s a problem on my end

Purchased machine a few weeks ago, have only recently had a chance to get gas due to lockdown. Welder is decent. Quality is good. Been doing plenty of stick welding before I got gas and will burn 4mm rods all day non stop due to big duty cycle. Have only had a chance to do some practice runs...

Is that on your average three pin plug? Also just wondering the capabilities of the 300 on the single phase as in what sort of thickness of material you can weld? I will more than likely have this machine In the next 2-3 weeks and would be more than happy to review
