It seems there is a roll on type called a tape roller but this has no peel only a seal.
There must be a tape adhesive that bonds as they exist on mailing material paper or plastic. It seems like cold glue rather than tape.
Hi guys, does anyone know where I can find the same seal adhesive tape found on polythene mailing bags?
I bought the red high tack double sided craft sticky tape that bonds to paper but only sticks to polythene bags and is easily pealed away without ripping.
It has to be the peel seal type...
As close to the spray gun as possible would be adding 1m (all i have) of air hose between the air compressor and water trap? Then connecting my 10m hose to the water trap?
I think this particular water trap would get in the way if it was anywhere near the gun.
I might go with Cellulose going by the amount of caution and rejection with Synthetics. However will keep your info on Synthetics bagged and tagged if Cellulose turns out to be something different from the feedback.
It seems this Synthetic stuff even with thinners is thicker than 2k paints with no thinners (according to some of the posts on here). It now seems Cellulose is tipping the scales of my go to paint. With attractive drying times of hard drying in only 45 minutes, the amount of coverage you can get...
Smashing stuff Seadog! Keep that knowledge rolling in. Toolstation seem to have 3/8's at under 2 quid. There i am about to pay a 4.99 for one online. Midnight robbery!
Well its what you think versus what i did with a DA sander at 5CFM. It loses steam but at this point you have already taken so much paint off the effected area (mainly spots of rust near edges of doors) that its worth waiting while the air compressor fills up with air again for one last spin...
Hi friend, the solution to all your problems is power generator and pick somewhere safe to weld. Iv seen garages for rent for 16 quid a week.
Easy solution for space to weld is to rent a garage that allows you to store one vehicle. Depending on the size of your van, where you live and...
This is the new water trap I bought. I need fittings for it. Mention 3/8 on it which I assume is the size of the holes ( in and out). This will obviously need to be nailed to the wall or probably attached to the air compressor itself.
Ha, so it does seem like I am using Version 2 of the Sealey s701G. Seems to work for me on 5cfm. How good can this gun get well I will never know as I'm getting a 14cfm compressor still 4 short of 18.
Ok, well in that case to avoid the unnecessary expense of using it with a welder i'm just going to focus on using the generator with the air compressor.
Im getting a second hand Wolf Air Dakota 100 with the following specifications....
CFM: 14
Bar: 10
PSI: 150
LWA MAX...
