We bought a small evolution saw yesterday and used it for a ‘few’ small cuts. Probably around 20-25 cuts on some 25X25x2.5mm box. I worked a treat and cut it all no problem. Went to use it today and though best put a bit of cutting oil on it put some on and it literally could not even burn...
Excuse my stupidity here.... I make the side on their own so weld flat I then put the cross bars in etc. Do you mean when I weld the vertical joints after?
Either there or on the 25mm legs. I’m wondering if because I’m letting it cool and not doing the same on both sides that perhaps that is what’s doing it? I don’t have a sequence that I do but perhaps I should?
I make rock and roll beds and have to make the base frame. I use 25x25x2.5 and 25x50x2.5 box section.
For some reason every so often one is warping and completely throwing the base out. I’m not doing anything massively different in the way I weld them and I had one today and it drove me fecking...
I bought a R-Tech Mig 180 about 6 months ago and it’s been a absolutely cracking little machine. Then last week it went pop for whatever reason.
I rang R-Tech straight away and the next morning I had a loan machine at my unit and they took my machine away to repair. A few days later it’s...
What sort of solid plates could I use? I’ve seen a few vids etc but unsure of what’s best for the die. I had thought of using bearing bolted in between plate?
Ive been looking for ages and can not find a bender to bend 25X25x2.5 box section. I’m making rock and roll beds and 6 bends on each bed that I’d like to do. Anyone know of any at a not to high price?
Oh a hand one not a machine.
Ive been setting up my business for a while now and finally got a unit and got space to finish my 3/4 rock and roll bed. Took a bit of piddling about but im more than happy with it. I used my new R-Tech Mig 180. Cracking bit of kit.
