I used a 250/200 Series on my Harrison 140, scrapped 11 years ago. Now its on the M300, anything smaller you wont get decent size tools and or reach tool height. In fact still have to open the tool holders up to get anything decent in.
Harrison supplied Dickson toolposts as T2 accordng to...
There you go side pressure exerted, case dismissed.
Most who use them only send them down once after faffing about constantly working out the circumference, what comes outs good enough for them.
I recommend these to anyone, have used them since first came out daily for 8 years drilling 14-18mm thick aluminium, must have done 3000+ holes 1" to 37mm dia. First thing i do is remove the 1/4" drill. Lately i use them at 1250 rpm saves time on 1 continuos job, offset against labour cost. I do...
On the right track order 250 Series 100. May find dependant upon producer and seller some wont fit and are a different size.
I use the 250/200 Below supposed to be 250/204 etched on it evidently smaller
What grade tips are the Iscar TGFH, maybe the problem. Meant for softer materials this wear before doing anything.
Have similar cutting profile on other parting tool tips, usually work well.
Mine usually has the once a year quick clean it dont atract attention.
Amasing the result of many checkers is to blame EGR even Snapon and turns out to be something else, luckily i dont have that problem. Remove it and pipework and clean.
Dont worry about the drawbar theyre easy to make. Just dont use all thread it wont last 5 mins being just MS.
Thread depends on collets used, had 3/8" Whit, M10 and M12 Drawbars using sawn off bolts welded to round bar with hex on top. To undo MT3 it probably is undo 1/2 rev and short sharp...
There is no trouble with round columns just the user, plan ahead.
In fact you can turn a round column to your advantage RF25 has 14" travel but could swing head round and mill in two parts as much as 21". Paid £200 for mine in 99, used till 2004 sold to a mate decent price think £350 with full...
Never had weld hold up ever at best its weaker and wont get the stud dia within a hole.
Guaranteed to work is drilling it out and constantly opening up with larger drills until you break in to the thread. You can then pick or peel it out some instances comes out like a helicoil. Worst case then...
Change the motor theres every chance its had it or on the way out needing a rebuild. Had exactly that on a 2.2kw Brook Compton 400v 3ph, took loads of power to start up could only run it at 370 - 540 rpm with a push start from a 7.5kw invertor.
Bought a new motor 2 1/2 years ago installed last...
Next door neighbour p's us off can get 2 cars on drive lenghways like us, has an AMG in garage her sons, nothing on drive but ditches for weeks as many as 3 cars across front of ours, nothing in front of own house.

527 is the seller or his mate putting automatic max bid on. If others dont bid to what seller is prepared to let it go, seller wins that auction and cancels the sale.
