We run about 14 mix of mb36 and mb501 Parker mig torchs carnt fault them tbh for 55/60 plus for an mb36 they are very good value for money I echo what Hood says you do get a very occasional trigger stick solved this by sticking some graphite dust from a pencil in one worked sweet ever since
Not something we do tbh I would imagine it would do the job with corect wire size etc but u don't k ow what the lowest outputs are might be worth a look

2mm to 25/30mm is the daily normal tbh only thing we swop about is the torch we use cheap copy mb36 Parker torches for fab and most welding upto 250amp as our fabs lads are rough and not the kindest to machines and tools if it rarely gets used to weld at plus 280/300amp for...

When you cleaned the carb
Did you clean the fuel tap. Bowl if it has one,
Did you remove the main jet?
Above this there is an emulsion tube this comes out and allways needs cleaning
