Hi Wallace, the hydraulics were around £250 each but the ER32’s were £23 each! We use hydraulics for finishing tools (carbide ballnoses) as they are always concentric, the side locks are for U’drills I can’t remember how much they were (not expensive) the machine was around £150k.

Thanks, but a lot of thee welding is not very good, I seem to struggle getting a straight line and a consistent bead, I really am not sure about the penetration either. I end up using the angle grinder a lot. I did a bit more today, and have fitted the drawers although I forgot to order...
Just thought I would post some pictures of my current project, I am a novice so any comments or advice welcome. Its a bench to be positioned next to a CNC milling machine, it will have two drawers and a shelf. I have been using (trying to use!) an Oxford 200-1 (trying to use!)

Hi Everyone!
I have an Oxford 200-1 for occasional fabrication projects at work. I kind of wished I had gone for the 240 or 270, but I had a tight budget, and it doesn't get used that much. I have no formal training, all my knowledge comes from YouTube and the internet. I'm hoping to learn here...
