I may buy a new bannister long one.
the landing has short one with spindles in between.
there's 10 spindles so may replace them with new as well as the in between pieces of wood as you can see in the picture.
the paint work leave a lot to be desired. the matt black could get it cleaned up.
god knows what the original owners did. 3 owners and only 5,000 miles on the clock.
I have all the MOT's so mileage is correct.

I would of cut the handle and weld a nut on and use a drill to crank it up. anyway I've decided to give it a miss.

I already have a hydraulic lift which I rarely use or maybe a scissor jack.
I don't have much space with having 2 bikes and a little workshop.
I did have a hydraulic bike lift but it was to heavy for me to shift around.
so I'm looking a narrow and more manageable lift.

its a hand crank to lift,having a heavy load on I would think it'll be hard to hand wind.
