Recently got a wet/dry bench grinder 2nd hand in for sale section, which worked fine.
Switched on today and just hums, no mechanical jams on the wheels, turn fine by hand.
Got the start cap out and has a little 5mm case crack but does not looked swelled or leaking/poor. Although didn't get any...
Same here, needed to clean old mortar off some decent bricks today to reuse, knew I had 3 various bolsters, they were roughly where I thought I would have put them but had to uncover a load of other stuff first.
Cheers, I've printed off the form and have all the details now, should get it posted off tomorrow.
They quote 4-6 weeks unless there are issues.
I need to find somewhere to put it, it's not taxed - or I might tell him to tax it to allow me to take it off his hands :D
Thanks, Understood, I will just complete the manual form rather than call and likely complicate things.

Just recovered, my nephew travelled around Europe in it for a while - and mostly lived in it..
Yes, apart from when it was in EU, he always had it taxed, insured, MOT in his own name - although the MOT is on for October, I've just looked up the GOV site and the tax has run out.
Difficult one...
Thanks a lot for the replies, its 10 years old, diesel, just under 70k miles, looks better now.
No idea what it's worth, but if I can get a logbook I would move it on, not my cup of tea and given it's a big diesel box less desirable.
It is UK registered and I have access to it for VIN etc -...
My brother has asked a few time if I want his Merc ML350 Bluetec. 63 plate.
He was given it as part of his leaving package 10 years ago or so, Long story but he says he does not have logbook for it, and is not actually sure he has ever seen it. He had to recover it from France, very troubled son...

Been rubbish weather here, todays was the first chance to get the garden shed creosoted.
Gave it a really generous coat, goes on lovely, forgot how easy it flicks off the brush so looks like I have a bit of a tan now..
Bit more of a...
One of my boys got the big headaches, shivering cold, very unwell. Hardly ever does sick days but had to be off last week from weds to fri, was surprised at how crook he was.
He's fine now back at work, Fair few at his work got the same. Seems similar to other posts.
Also seems a bit selective...

Lt. Col Bill Kilgore has run out of agent orange so legally this is as good as I'm going to get ready mixed.
20L delivered today, want to fit & seal more vents to balance humidity inside a bit more, then wait for some dry warmer days and apply.
Does not smell quite how I remember it but that was a long while back. Has the right nasty stuff warnings and tastes great
It' a risk I'm willing to take, it's a shed :-) but I know hat you mean.
The stuff from Creosote sales should be here today so just looking for a dry day and will report back on it.
