Work Carrys on on the front ( NOT infested with knotweed) , so no restrictions on waste .
I've filled an 8 yard skip with rubble / soil from the front garden . Some of it comes from when I moved the front gate up near the skip to directly in front of the front door , I also dug a new pathway...
If anyone thinks Jap knotweed is a trivial issue ..... it's not at all !

I've had a RICS surveyor out over it .... it's at least 10 years old ( L A side ) and "definitely enroaching" from their land to mine .

Japanese knotweed spreading from council land .
Any soil within 7 mtrs across over it is classed as "highly contaminated " and must be sent to the same landfill under the same regulations as Nuclear contaminted soil!
Sounds expensive to me so I've stopped working on it and seen a brief

I'm about 4" down so far (my 8 ft level is out on borrow and I dont want to dig to far before level setting) and I'm getting ready for a skip coming in ... I know I could get a grab wagon ... but I've a load of rubbish to be delt with also...

The rip out force /curl of the bucket is greater than a tracked 360 mini...

Not so much using the powerfab as a digger so much as I am a heavy duty rake (bucket teeth) and general scraper of neglected garden crap

I think someone else pointed out the rear spring hanger ...... that is MAJOR work to fix .
