I checked eBay, full manifold with pressure switch and couplings for £22. Last time I looked for them couldn't seem to find any off the shelf. Happy days, cheap easy fix
I bought this lil compressor about 10 years ago and i don't use it as I have 2 others and I'm really needing the space. Where can I source a replacement manifold as I plan 9n giving it to a friend who has just bought his first house so a lil present for his workshop
Make sure you get the zinc epoxy primerbefore the top coat or the rust will break through over time. Bar that any production coaters will do it to a perfect standard. Make sure it's blasted first as some places just use a phosphor conversion coating. Alright for washing machines but it fails...
Thank you I need a bigger workshop but I would rather spend on equipment at the moment as I'm a fairly new business. I've got to find a place for the 3d printer after I've got the cnc installed
Busy getting the workshop ready for the cnc machine
I knocked up a small work bench with flip top above the parts cleaning tank in the "dirty room" and redone part of the air system so I still have somewhere to port and and do finishing work on parts . I can't do that kind of work in the...

I'm looking to invest in a small ultrasonic cleaner. One of the services we provide is machining out throttlebodies for increased performance. I'm looking for a machine to clean the throttlebodies after machining prior to glass beading. Any recomendations on a affordable ultrasonic cleaner...
Pressure pot is way more efficient. I make my living too and suction is less efficient. I dont make a living blasting, it's just a necessity for my process and so my product is way better for the same price. not a real earner so I make it the most efficient
Im just peening with glass beads on pre wet blasted items so the low pressure gives a better sheen or giving profile with ao or grit whuch provides a better prepped surface than blasting at high pressure. High pressure is for coating removal or heavily rusted cast iron
