looking at buying a dynasty 300dx, on the back it says it will run on 415v and 110v. Does anyone know what it will weld like on AC when plugged into 110?

Dont bother making a tractor attachment. Roll your netting out and tie on both ends. Make up two clamps to clamp the netting then pull the clamp together to tension your wire. The slack wire between the clamps can then be cut and pulled tight with gripples. You can buy a hand winch cheap for...
