Need to use a helicoil that is longer than the thread of the spark plug, the short ones when used on long reach plugs will come out with the plug when carbon builds up on the exposed thread.

I am not anti LEZ’s, what I have a problem with is forcing something totally unworkable on the motorists and residents before a feasible/sustainable alternative is in place. All LEZ’s amount to at present is a cash cow, worse still none of the cash is being spent on road improvements that would...
Red beacon on top, job done  All the weight would be very low down, just the a frame to hoist up, cant see the problem. It would be less of a faff than trying to roll that thing onto its side.

2xd helicoils work well, I alway put a tiny dab of threadlock on the recut internal thread before installing, other option is tap out to m6 and install m6 Allen bolts. That’s also saved the day on a few occasions, may need to clearance the holes.

Some blurb on the subject.
Septic tank regulations. It's not an opening phrase that would make many people read on, but if your property has a septic tank - or if you are buying a property with a septic tank, I'm afraid you might need to.
Given what goes into a septic tank, its...
We have installed quite a few greywater and rainwater harvesting systems, they make a lot of sense if you are big into gardening/growing your own.
This one was for all of the above and an emergency hydrant system
