On the way to work Tuesday morning van threw the toys out of the pram.
Started missing, lost power then over ran. Got to a slip road and it turned off on the key and coasted to a stop.
Left it a few minutes and it started with some reluctance and white smoke which burnt off.

If you're not staying there and want to improve the insulation, clean it out and go over the existing insulation with more wool type stuff remembering to maintain a decent air gap at the eaves.
