This is the output contactor. It is controlled by a switch on the front panel.it is engaged permanently in stick mode.
cant see which one as your front panel pics are a bit distant
Yes 230v. Never had one trip a 32. Had 3 or 4 dialarcs,both newer and older .
To give it a chance, make sure everything is on low range, low rheostat, output contactor off, high frequency off.
I have tested these welders on a 32 amp b type mcb a few times.they shouldnt trip till welding at 150 amps at the very least, even if for 20-30 seconds welding
Just.for a machine with no leads.either way, when one comes up at 1500 they dont last long.they are bigger and heavier than a rehm, but a better all rounder
The 200's havent dropped in price yet.still over 3k to buy new.1500 to 2000 is the going rate used, the output is higher than a 210 on 110v so are still popular on sites.
same price commanded for a used lincoln v205t
Is it possible to change the title.I think a more factual title is necessary as the terms are visible with enough effort.
I have checked a few irish sellers, the common warranty term is written as ...register online for 5 yr rtb warranty.
It's not exactly accurate
That is the crux of the situation.a 300 quid welder increases by a minimum 150+vat.
i suppose it puts rtechs policy into perspective.
it isnt that bad if your buying one of the more expensive Jasics, but a cheaper one isnt a clear cut decision
It doesnt clearly state what recommended maintenance exactly is.can i take off the covers and remove the dust or does it need to be pat tested and load banked?
In the warranty terms i have had for each machine,i seem to recall the fact that 'necessary maintenance ' is the term often used.that is very different to saying a 'maintenance is necessary by a suitably qualified person OR advising the welder be returned to the importer'.
if i sent a machine...
hi tom
i have purchased new machines from miller, lincoln, ewm, fronius,i have never seen evidence of this,or heard of anyone else stipulating so,just the usual .....outside designed/intended use of machine etc etc or 'necessary' maintenance. Does a welder used once require maintenance.?
