My mate has a 5 year old Vauxhall Corsa. He needed to replace a bulb, so did both at once. After replacing the bulbs in the holders he is having problems refitting the bulb holders back in their positions. It now seems to be incredibly loose. Like rattling lose as if something like a clip has...
Been taking a look at a few jobs on the new diesel fiesta. The fuel filter change is apparently a bit if a pain to get at, but that's not my real worry. I have had a mate just been off the road several days as he could not get his diesel to prime and bleed. It just would not re start. The more I...
I looked it up and found some official Ford Bluetooth update file. So thought I would do that first.
Hey Presto I switched it back on and it not only worked but deleted the other phone and too!
Thanks for your help one and all. Now if only I could work out why my drivers side mirror isn't...
Aquired a 1.4 Tdci this week. A few teething problems with the space age dash that I'm.not used too. Main one is I'm unable to either connect my samsung 6 or "debond" an existing phone. I have included a pic. The display asks me if id like to debond Raimans phone, with a yes or no option. The...
A while back i took the dash off my fiesta to get at the radio. A bit of a pain but no other way to do it. When i put it back together i noticed the heater no longer blew hot air, only cold. I asumed it was that i had not put the heater switch back together correctly or aire had come away from...
Keith always put it down to having only the most primo quality of hard drugs. None of that baby laxative and glucose powder, lightly warmed by being stuck up a drug mules **** for 20 hours, for him then. Probably seived into a gilded box, given to a highly paid courier and flown from the golden...
I bought an 04 petrol fiesta 1300 7 month ago. From the get go it cut out when braking hard or even not so hard. It was such a good car in every other respect that i thought, what the hell Ill just keep it and fix it, in the meantime not stamping on the brakes.
Well i looked it up and got all...
I have just taken out an old machine i bought a while back. I don't know how old it is, probably just 1980s, but it is definitely 240v single phase, however i dont recognize the wiring in it. The earth is easily seen but the other two wires are black and green. Which is neutral and which is live...
Are there no City & Guild MIG courses near you ? £200 is about what you'd expect to pay for level 1 which was (when i did it) one three hour evening a week for 12 nights. With a proper C&G certificate at the end as long as you got up to the required standard with your test pieces.
Even the level 3 C&G TIG only costs £800 at my local rip off college, via 26 three hour evening classes. As i recall level 1 and 2 were a lot less. Thats a real C&G not an "equivalent" either. Give it a miss mate, plenty of decent colleges do C&G night classes.
